A Citywide Auto Insurance

They canceled my policy for no reason. I had automatic bill pay set up to boot! I checked my account to make sure they were getting paid and I noticed that they only charged one payment the month after I got the policy. They never called me or written me. They put me at risk for driving without insurance. I recommend that you stay clear of this business, go to Lapeen Insurance instead! I have never had a problem with that company and Bob and his staff are very helpful and friendly and they stay on top of things. And to think that I used to bring pastry and snacks to A citywide and this is how they treated me. 🤔

Worst Experience ever. Its Sad cause I've been going thru them for years then I went back and they had all new staff and the lady who helped me was so rude I walked out and went to there location on 9th and federal. The lady there was super Awesome and very helpful.

I called and asked them to do a quote I thought when you do a quote that means it’s free find out that they ran my credit without telling me before I even did it. Then they said that it was due to the company they work with. Then they started to tell me that it was because of the process when you take out the insurance but I never took it out and they still ran my credit.

The staff is always friendly and they offer great service. Have been going to them for years. Highly recommend.
