A Christina Breen-Hale - State Farm Insurance Agent

I've been with state farm for 25 years. We have auto, life, and home owners. The auto side was very efficient and I out lived my life policy. This is about the home owner policy. Never a problem until we had a small pipe leak behind the drywall in our kitchen. No obvious leaking until a drop in the basement. Immediately we called state farm. The office said they only do sales now and couldn't help with a claim. They did "warn" me that a rejected claim could effect my rates! I've been with the company for 25 years. I put in claim and got plumber/restoration company. They came Immediately. Plumber said you would never know until it drips in basement and it was recent. Restoration company agreed. I had a term life insurance policy for 20 years that ended May 2025. I was just looking at my bank statement and my term life insurance policy has been changed to something else that is $210 dollars a month more. I moved to NC a year ago and got no notice, no phone call, no communication this was happening. BE WARNED if you deal with this company !!!

They never answer their phones anymore. It rings and then goes to a voicemail saying " Hi friends, please leave us a message and we will get back to you." How is this good business? I call when I actually have time to talk to an agent. I don't want to wait for a call back at their leisure that might come in while I'm working and cannot answer the phone. This has happened the last 4 times I have tried to call this agency. What if it were an emergency and I needed an insurance agent assistance? Definitely not living up to their state farms commercials where they say "we're here when you need us!" If they don't start answering phones soon I will be looking for an agency that will answer their phones.
