She returns calls fast and has always been honest, and compassionate she is a the best insurance agent an a wonderful person. Ita has become part of my family. was going to stop in, however i saw a woman standing outside with 2 HUGE dogs that proceeded to follow her into the building. yeah big no from me. such a shame people can’t leave their animals at home.

Very poor customer service, called multiple times with no answer, after they finally decided to pick up the lady had a very aggressive manner and was unwilling to help. I do not recommend dealing with eda/aida however you spell her name. John was very nice though.
