John has been amazing! From the initial informational seminar he gave to helping me through the Medicare and supplement maze. I went in feeling a little nervous about all the choices, but he very patiently listened to my silly questions and by the time our meeting was over I was signed up with perfect insurance. I left feeling such relief and joy! He even let me hug him. And he just sent me a text to let me know that the final phase for approval will be coming soon. I am grateful for his expertise and kindness.
