21st Century Insurance

Farmers insurance bought out 21st Century which became toggle. I called Farmers insurance, owner of toggle, to speak to the CEO. They said I could not speak to the CEO. I had called toggle before calling Farmers ins., I wanted to speak to the CEO the owner of toggle. They transferred me to toggle anyway. Toggle told me to make a complaint, I would have to write a letter to the executive office of 21st century insurance in Wilmington Delaware. I don't understand if Farmers insurance bought out toggle insurance why would 21st century still have something to do with it? That's too much of a run-around. I'm a senior and toggle gives a 10-mile tow but for .02 more miles they'll charge you $12 and some change. .02 mi is only a few blocks they need senior citizen discounts. I have a defibrillator

They always take a every long long time just to come on the phone it doesn’t take that long to talk to someone very upsetting 😠

You can not talk to person about your policy, nor can you go on line for help.
